Bose Companion 5 Driver Mac Os X

Since I upgrade to OS 10.9.4, my Bose Companion 2 (Series II) external speakers have stopped working. When I plug into the analog jack on the back of my Mac mini (2012) I get a buzzing sound through the speakers but that is it. I check the Output in Sound but they are not listed. Any recommendations on how to fix the problem.
